The PAIS conference 2017 will be held at the Stazione Marittima, in Trieste (Italy) 



Trieste can be reached flying to Venice (airport Marco Polo) or to Triestre (airport Ronchi Dei Legionari). 

Flying to Venice: 

 The easiest way to get to Trieste is to reach Venezia Mestre Train Station by bus and to get a regional train to Trieste Central Station.

A bus shuttle connect the Airport to Venezia Mestre Railway Station (the bus fare is 8 euros; timetables and information at Tickets can be bought online or at the airport arrivals.

At Mestre rail-station the regional train TRIESTE via PORTOGRUARO (not via Udine which is longer) runs every hour. The trip will last less than 2 hours at the cost range from 12 to 26 euros (visit for time table).

Flying to Trieste: 

 The airport is connected to the city center via the APT-bus line 51. The bus stop is located on the right side of the Arrivals exit and takes in approximately one hour to Trieste Central Station. The bus timetable can be found at: Cost 3 euros (4 euros if the ticket is purchased on the bus).
